This is a cast pewter kit, with stripwood included for skid.  This engine was a common site in rural America from the 1890's through  the 1950's and some are still in use today. An alternative to steam power  they were used to operate saw mills, and on farms for everything from pumping  water to bailing hay. They were used everywhere power was needed until electricity  became available.

Flywheel is 7/8".  Footprint is 2 1/4" in Lenght, and 1 1/4" Wide.
